MAVERIC at a Glance
Built for versatility, our flagship system MAVERIC (short for Modular Autonomous Vehicle for Enhanced Robotic Inspection & Cleaning) adapts to any underwater challenge. With interchangeable skids and magnetic crawler technology, it supports hull cleaning, surface preparation, and future coating applications, all while capturing waste directly at the source.

MAVERIC's magnetic crawler is engineered for vertical, curved, and complex hull shapes, delivering consistent coverage with real-time monitoring.

MAVERIC uses a multi-mode cleaning platform designed to handle different levels of marine growth, from soft slime to heavy fouling, while being gentle on coatings. Its cleaning performance is achieved through interchangeable modules that can be combined or switched based on the vessel's condition.

MAVERIC incorporates a closed-loop capture and filtration system to prevent uncontrolled discharge. It collects fouling at the source, processes it through a multi-stage filtration system, and ensures clean water release in line with port expectations.
The system aligns with the intent of IMO Biofouling Guidelines (MEPC.378(80)) and meets the environmental and waste-handling standards required by shipyards and authorities.

Surface Preparation: With a quick skid change, MAVERIC transforms from a hull cleaning robot into a surface preparation unit capable of controlled, high-energy surface treatment suitable for shipyard applications.
Robotic Coating Application (Under Development): SEA TEKNIK is also testing a robotic coating application skid, allowing MAVERIC to support painting operations with consistent flow and controlled coverage. Technical implementation is proprietary and currently under R&D.
